by ok, when u go ot thre thingie to post above it has some symbals...there should be one that has like a picture of a tree and a hard drive disk infront of it! click on it then hit browse and then u pic which picture u want and then and then click "host it" once ur link in the the bar thing! then it may take a while to load and the the first link that comes up u need to highlight it and hit copy then u come back to where ur posting and hit copy! its should show up as the "address" or link thing but onc eits posted it'll show up as a pic! i hope that made sense...lolz
